I have been so fortunate to work with terrific people in my Real Estate career.  They have been fun and excited about making the move to own sensational island real estate.  I am proud of the relationships I have with these folks.  Here is what some of them have told me:

My wife and I first met Sarah in April of 2010 while enjoying a family vacation on Sanibel. We were always interested in having a property in Florida, but weren't sure of the timing for purchase. We decided to take a day of vacation to inquire about Sanibel property. Even though we told Sarah from the start we would not be interested in purchasing property for a year or more, it did not deter her from being cordial and willing to spend the better part of a day showing us what Sanibel had to offer. In March of 2011 we came to Florida for a meeting and to take another look at Sanibel properties. We fell in love with a condo and began negotiations to buy after we returned home to Minnesota. Sarah made us feel very comfortable during these dealings and we felt she represented us and treated us more like a family member than a real estate agent. At no time did we ever feel insecure about what was happening with the sale, even though we were 1800 miles away! Ultimately, the negotians and purchase ended up being the easy part. Our sale was a 1031 rental exchange that turned out to be a long ordeal that was difficult right up the last minute on closing day. Sarah again was our "family" advocate and never waivered in her efforts to get the deal closed on time. Even after the sale closed she was willing to check out the new condo and make sure everything was working so that we could ease our minds back here in Minnesota!
