Comparing 1st quarter sales - 2014 vs. 2015

January - March 2014 compared with January - March 2015

It's always interesting to check out same-time sales over the years to see how our market is doing. As you can see in the stats below, over the same 1st quarter time period, most catagories are way up! Captiva home sales is slightly down, but the average selling price is up. All in all this looks like the start of a great year in Sanibel real estate.

We currently have 140 Sanibel home listings, and as we look forward to our spring and summer season, I see some great home values in our Multiple Listing Service. Our economy is on the upswing and interest rates are still low!
