Comparing sales - 2016 vs. 2017

Now that 2017 is half over, let's take a look at sales statistics this year compared to the same time period last year. As you can see, 124 Sanibel homes have been sold so far in 2017.

Summers are the best for Sanibel Island real estate!

As we enter our summer it's a great time to check out what's for sale. Our winter season crowds are leaving and there are lots of price reductions. Not to mention this is a great time to check out our beaches and restaurants without the crowds!

The first property I want to talk about is located at 750 Donax Street in Donax Village. This is a townhouse-style condo. This home is a two bedroom, two bath, renovated and furnished unit.
