On Sanibel you have 107 condo complexes to choose from, and as a long-time island resident I can help you find just the right fit for you and your family. Currently Sanibel Island has 130 condos listed for sale. Asking prices start at $169,000 for a 1/1 at Colonnades Condo to $2,999,900 for a 3/3.5 at Sedgemoor of Sanibel on the Gulf.
Listings show that 103 are gulf view or gulf front, 10 are on the bay, and 3 are on a canal.
The Sanibel condo market this year has been fairly busy with a total of 150 condos being under contract or closed since the first of the year.
Captiva Island has approximately 18 condo complexes, with a total of 56 condos currently listed for sale. Asking prices start from $225,000 for a 1/1 at Tennis Villas to $2,000,000 for a 3/3 located in South Seas Beach homes.
Captiva has had 33 condos either close or currently pending so far this year.
So! Is this your year to buy an island property? I think it should be! Prices are reasonable and have just started to climb. Captiva is world famous for its beaches, sights and quaint style and I'd love to be able to show you around!
If you want to search for properties, my site has the most modern and useful search engine you will find. You can search with whatever criteria you wish, or by map (left), or subdivision or condo. It's easy to use and you can save your searches and email your results to friends and relatives.

As you drive around the island checking out which areas or condos look good to you, you can use my mobile site as you travel around the island. You can search properties with your smart phone or tablet as well as learn about the area and what it has to offer.

One of our favorite, and popular locations, for owners and returning guests is the Breakers West Condo located at 3041 West Gulf Drive, Sanibel Island.
Built in 1972, and just steps to the beach, Breakers West is available for weekly rentals. There is an onsite rental office for the convenience of owners and returning guests.
The condo is on the small side with only 18 two bedroom, two bath units. The unit sizes are 1250 square feet and overlook the pool and manicured grounds.
