Has the Real Estate Market finally started rebounding?

Could be.  I just closed on the sale of a Townhome in south Ft. Myers - near the Bell Tower and it closed 10% higher than the last sale of a comparable property there. 

This is not exactly true as the sale prior to mine was a short sale.  However, the sale that closed today was not a distressed sale and it was also a cash deal.  This makes me think that perhaps some buyers out there are recognizing value and are willing to pay a bit more for the real sales at this time.  All in all it was very encouraging to see a real sale of a really nice townhome.  The buyer got a good deal and the seller got to make their move.
